How to use our sauna
How do I use the sauna?
Rinse - Hot - Cold - Rest
Have a shower before sauna
Sit on a towel in the sauna. We can provide towels (£3).
Get warm (usually 5-15 mins)
Get cold, have a plunge (rinse first if using an ice bath)
Rest and allow your body to reach equilibrium
Repeat
Top tip: Follow your heart. Notice your resting heart rate before the sauna. Notice how it speeds up during sauna process. Notice it come back down during cold plunge. Notice it settle during rest. When it is back to normal is time to return to the sauna.
