Set within a secret garden in the heart of Brixton, the space is being designed to slow you down from the moment you arrive. You will step through the garden gate, leaving the city behind.
Settle into the heat of the sauna and let it do its work.
Plunge take the cold plunge for a rush of clarity and energy.

Our philosophy
Across the world and throughout history people have gathered in heat and steam to heal connect and find stillness.
The Fins say in the sauna everyone is equal. Across the Arab world the hammam has been a gathering place for over 600 years and in Korea families spend entire days in the jjimjilbang.
Different cultures. The same wisdom. When we come together in heat somethings shifts. Walls come down, strangers become friends. At Brixton Sauna Garden, we carry that wisdom into SW9.
