● Monday: 8:00 am–8:00 pm

● Tuesday: Closed

● Wednesday: 8:00 am–8:00 pm

● Thursday: 8:00 am–8:00 pm

● Friday: 8:00 am–10:00 pm

● Saturday: 8:00 am–10:00 pm

● Sunday: 8:00 am–8:00 pm

Communal sauna sessions last 1 hour and 45 minutes, followed by a 15-minute cleaning break between sessions.

Friday & Saturday: Regular sauna sessions run until 8 pm. From 8 pm to 10 pm, the sauna is available exclusively for private hire and will open during these hours only if a booking has been made.
